She will serve as an overall talent deal as well as a travel series in which she explores different countries and looks at how each specific culture deals with three rituals: birth, weddings, and funerals. Hulu seems to be bringing a new documentary series to the screen in collaboration with Vice News. Following the cancellation of newsmagazine Vice which was said to be due to AT&T’s acquisition of Time Warner according to Nancy Dubuc, Hulu is introducing 10 episodes of Vice Investigating. The show discusses real controversial issues facing today's culture and gathers many narratives and perspectives in the process. In the third episode, we even see an interview with the French president, Emmanuel Macron. The first 3 episodes, which can now be found on Hulu talks about the influence of the Hip-hop culture in Russia, the divide of the Middle East and the true cause of the Amazon fires. For those deeply put at a loss by the discontinuation of Vice magazine, Vice Investigating is sure to fulfill your every desire. The docuseries is expected to release episodes over the course of several months and is expected to debut subsequent installments monthly beginning in December. Television icons Subrata De and Beverly Chase are said to be taking the reins of the show standing as executive producer and co-executive producer. With that being said, we are confidently in for a treat with the guidance of these renowned Emmy award-winning producers. Viewers should expect great things to come out of the series as Vice displays and disputes present-day topics that plague our society.
Cable: Dwayne Wade may be known for bringing the ‘Heat’ with his wicked jump shots and impressive defense, although the court isn’t the only place he triumphs. Wade is making big moves in the television industry as he enters a multiyear agreement with Warner Media. The NBA icon will now be taking his talents to a whole new spectrum serving as various roles across the company's portfolio. After his recent retiring leaving behind a legacy to be remembered, we can now find the superstar as a commentator on Turner Sports, said to be making appearances on TNT’s NBA event coverage as well as an analyst for the networks Tuesday night studio coverage accompanied by Shaquille O’ Neal and Candace Parker. Additionally, we can spot Wade in front of the camera at the NCAA Final Four and National Championship as part of Turner Sports and CBS Sports’ coverage of the annual collegiate tournament. We can also expect new projects in the later future, though no details have been given. Retirement seems to be treating Wade well from this new multi-million-dollar deal and his advocacy for social injustice. Following his retirement, Wade mentions in an interview with Marc J. Spears from the sports and pop culture website, The Undefeated, how he plans to remain fully involved in fighting for his personal beliefs and whatever he chooses to support in the future.
