Media Stats: 'Top Chef' Serves Season High Views, ‘The Never Ever Mets' Hits First Time Lows

Docusoap: TLC’s 90 Day Fiance: Love in Paradise coasted through the month. The docusoap series started with its June 3rd episode, which earned a rating of 557,000 monthly viewers, and ended with its June 24th episode, which earned a rating of 543,000 monthly viewers. The series spent June consistently coasting over an audience of at least 500,000 monthly viewers.

Love After Lockup spent the majority of May with just under 300,000 monthly viewers for each episode. On June 7th, the series broke out with 341,000 monthly viewers as it finished Part 3 of the docusoap series.

Love & Marriage: Huntsville saw a dramatic rise and fall in June testing viewership commitment. The highest rating of the month was 353,000 monthly viewers for its June 22nd episode.

Similarly, The Never Ever Mets was met with a dramatic rise and fall in viewership. It received its lowest number of views recorded in the series' short history, with 80,000 monthly viewers on June 7th. The series recovered by the end of the month with its remaining two episodes of the season rating over 100,000 monthly viewers each. The Never Ever Mets aired its first episode earlier this year in April. Though their viewership saw a dramatic rise and fall this June, they maintained over 95,000 monthly viewers for all but one episode since the series premiere. Recently renewed for a second season, the docusoap series will have further chances of meeting new records.

Bravo’s Real Housewives of Dubai drew in 404,000 monthly viewers on its June 2nd episode, starting the month out at its peak. Viewership declined through the remainder of June, leaving the docusoap series with 315,000 monthly viewers on June 25th.

Ahead of the renewal for its third season, Perfect Match: Season 2 spent four weeks in Netflix’s Global Top 10 list of most-watched TV.

Contestant: America’s Got Talent (AGT) placed 2nd on NBC’s top series. No other contestant series breaks the Top 10 NBC list besides AGT. Average viewers for the contestant series fluctuated from one episode to the next, with episodes rating either above 5 million, or below 2.5 million monthly viewers. AGT started June with an average of 1.915 million monthly viewers but finished with an average of 5.220 million monthly viewers, shining its inconsistency between elimination episodes under the bright stage lights.

Fox’s I Can See Your Voice earned 1.420 million monthly viewers for its June 6th episode.

NBC’s Password had its highest average of the year on June 4th with 3.451 million monthly viewers, followed by its second-lowest average on June 9th with 1.541 million, nearly a full two million less than the previous episode.

Bravo’s contestant series, Top Chef, received 510,000 monthly viewers on June 5th followed by its next episode on June 12th, which sharpened the average to 687,000 monthly viewers. Its June 12th episode, part one of the two-part season finale, cooked up the most views served by an episode this year.
