Media Stats: ‘Love & Marriage Detroit’ Hits A Record Low, ‘Real Housewives’ Occupy Bravo’s Top Five

Within the same franchise, 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way finished October with 682,000 monthly viewers, an average that was calculated on October 28th. Both 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs are in the top 4 of TLC’s most-watched programs list.
Love After Lockup experienced multiple viewership fluctuations, though it finished the month with 307,000 monthly viewers on October 25th.
As Season 12 continued for Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, the program conjured 394,000 monthly viewers on October 22nd.
Love & Marriage Detroit has fallen to its lowest ratings since its premiere on June 24th, 2023. On October 12th, the OWN program recorded just 86,000 monthly viewers, marking the first time an episode has slipped below 100,000 views. Love & Marriage: Huntsville, maintained its position as the most-watched program on OWN.
The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP) launched its ninth season on October 6th. The premiere episode pulled in 520,000 monthly viewers and earned RHOP its seat as the second most-watched program on Bravo. After its fifth season premiered on September 18th (earning 375,000 monthly viewers), The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC) maintained above 300,000 monthly viewers for each episode aired in October. Though it experienced small increases and decreases in October, RHOSLC finished with 343,000 monthly viewers on October 30th and secured its position as the fourth most-watched program on Bravo.
The Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY) held the premiere of its 15th season on October 1st. The premiere episode earned 312,000 monthly viewers as RHONY became the fifth most-watched Bravo program. At the top of Bravo’s most-watched ladder sits The Real Housewives of Orange County, which earned 639,000 monthly viewers on October 24th.
Contestant: As Big Brother crowned its winner in the Season 26 finale, 3.189 million monthly viewers tuned in to watch it all play out on October 13th.
Have I Got News For You earned over 600,000 monthly viewers for all but one episode aired in October. The CNN spinoff program finished the month on October 26th with 604,000 monthly viewers tuning in. House of Villians is currently the most-watched program on E! though it experienced dramatic fluctuations throughout October. House of Villains conjured 90,000 monthly viewers with the premiere of its second season on October 9th, though by the following episode on October 10th, the program rocketed to 178,000 monthly viewers. That trend continued until October 31st when it fell to 102,000 viewers.
The Masked Singer pulled in 2.771 million monthly viewers on October 23rd. On October 3rd, Scrabble premiered on The CW, attracting 392,000 monthly viewers and word game fans. Survivor attracted 4.350 million monthly viewers for its October 23rd episode. The Voice began its battle round episodes on October 21st and wracked up 5.777 million monthly viewers.
Sports: College Football was watched by 516,000 people on October 19th. Later that day, College Football Afternoon was met with more than triple the views, attracting 2.447 million viewers. College Football Prime pulled in 3.263 million viewers on October 12th during its broadcast of the Florida vs Tennessee and Kansas State vs Colorado matches. Additionally, 2.249 million people tuned into ESPN’s College GameDay on October 12th.
On October 7th, the NFL Regular Season recorded 14.464 million viewers who tuned in to watch the New Orleans Saints battle it out with the reigning Super Bowl-championed Kansas City Chiefs. On October 20th, NFL Sunday: National attracted 27.076 million viewers for its broadcast of the San Francisco 49ers hosting the Kansas City Chiefs. NFL Sunday Post Gun recorded 19.667 million viewers on October 20th.
The NBA Regular Season recorded 1.714 million viewers on October 23rd, the second day of its regular season.
On October 8th, the NHL Regular Season recorded 790,000 viewers during its season opener broadcast of the reigning Stanley Cup-championed Florida Panthers taking on the Boston Bruins.
