The 50th annual International Emmy Awards will take place on November 21, 2022, in New York City. Bestowed by the New York-based International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (IATAS), the International Emmys are presented in recognition of the best television programs initially produced and aired outside the United States.
The regions that have received the most nominations are Latin America with 13 nominations and the entire Asian continent with 11 nominations. The countries with the most nominations for people of color are Mexico (4 nominations), Argentina (3 nominations), Japan (3 nominations), and Brazil (3 nominations). Netflix is the studio that took home the most nominations with 6.
